Our Team is comprised of industry professionals who are equally as passionate about delivering timeless, high quality projects – every time. The J Turner Constructions team are not only project focussed, they are client centred which means we create lasting relationships throughout the build process.
Our construction partners also align themselves with our values and high standards to deliver impeccable results.
While we work with a number of trade partners, there are some permanent members of the J Turner Constructions team that we would like to introduce you to below.

Our Team has grown significantly over several years, with each member bringing a vital addition to the cohesive team environment we have created. This applies to all areas of our business, from project sites to our Willunga office.
James Turner
Director & Project Manager
James founded J Turner Constructions with the desire to create everlasting dream homes for families to enjoy, with a goal to return trust and transparency to the building industry. J Turner Constructions put great emphasis on building quality living spaces that enhance people’s lifestyles.
James is a carpenter by trade who has completed his Certificate III in Carpentry and Cert IV in Site Management. James has developed an incredible eye for detail as a result of many years plying his trade and perfecting his craft. His aim is to form a strong relationship with his clients and build the trust required to work together to create their dream home. James has a wealth of knowledge and is always looking at ways to improve the quality of service he provides.
Jana
Co-Director/Accounts Officer
Jana is our Co-Director and Accounts Officer. She has years of experience in Accounts Receivable roles and has recently put her skills to good use in our Office, alongside Jess and James.
Jess
Office Manager
Jess is our Office Manager and has been with us since April 2022. She likes to ensure everyone is looked after, from our on-site staff to our clients.
Luke
Lead Carpenter
Luke is our Lead Carpenter.
Luke is one of the OG’s and has been with J Turner Constructions since the very start in 2017. Luke’s attention to detail is next level, he is constantly challenging himself and maintains his skill level on site.
Alec
Project Manager/Supervisor
Alec is our Project Manager/Supervisor.
Alec joined J Turner Constructions in Jan 2023, his enthusiasm and passion for the building industry is infectious. Alec started his apprenticeship when he was 16 and completed it in 2014 going on to work for high end residential builders in QLD prior to moving to SA 5 years ago after meeting his lovely wife.
We admire his approachable nature whilst also getting the hard work done.
